A new system, sized for Yuma — not a catalog average.
When repair no longer makes sense, we design a replacement around your home's actual cooling load, your ductwork, and how many summers you want out of it. Free on-site estimate, honest numbers, financing available.
How to tell which one you actually need
We'll always give you both numbers, but here's the general rule we use ourselves:
| Situation | Usually means |
|---|---|
| Unit under 8 years old, single repair needed | Repair |
| Unit 8–12 years old, moderate repair cost | Depends — we'll run the numbers |
| Unit over 12 years old, repair cost over ⅓ of replacement | Replace |
| Repeated repairs in the past 12–24 months | Replace |
| Rising electric bills with no other explanation | Replace — likely an efficiency problem |
When homeowners usually call us
Age and reliability
The system is 12+ years old and has needed more than one repair recently.
Rising utility bills
Cooling costs climbing even though usage hasn't changed — a sign of falling efficiency.
Uneven cooling
Some rooms never reach temperature no matter how long the system runs.
R-22 refrigerant systems
Older systems using discontinued refrigerant get expensive to service and harder to source parts for.
From estimate to cool air
Free on-site load calculation
We measure your home, ductwork, and insulation to size the right system — not the biggest one we can sell you.
Written quote & financing options
You get a firm price and, if you want it, financing terms explained on the spot before you decide anything.
Installation & system test
Most residential installs complete in a single day. We test airflow and temperature split before we leave.
Replacement shouldn't wait on a full wallet
Ask about financing when we quote your job — we'll walk you through approval and monthly payment estimates on-site. See our financing page for details.
See financing optionsHonest, upfront numbers
Replacement cost depends on system size, efficiency tier, and ductwork condition — anyone quoting a flat number over the phone hasn't seen your home. Our estimate is free, in writing, and includes financing options when you want them.

How long does installation take?
Most residential replacements complete in a single day. Complex ductwork or multi-system homes may take longer — we'll tell you upfront.
What size system do I need?
We calculate it from your home's square footage, insulation, window exposure, and ductwork — not a rule of thumb. Oversized systems short-cycle and cool poorly; undersized ones run constantly and still don't keep up.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on qualifying installs. See our financing page or ask when we quote your job.
What happens to my old unit?
We remove and dispose of the old system as part of the installation.
